Standard IAA Buyer Fees
This standard vehicle pricing is for buyers with a business license on file. Standard vehicles exclude Rec Rides and Heavy Vehicles. ALL FEES IN $USD
Standard Volume Buyer Fees
Effective July 3, 2023
† Standard Volume Fee schedule applies to buyers with a business license, 24 or fewer units purchased or total vehicle sales less than $75,000 in the past 12 months, OR have 5 or more bidder accounts.
Internet Bid Fee and Proxy Bid Fee
Effective July 3, 2023
Applies if vehicle is awarded due to successful internet bid.
Service Fee: $79 per unit for vehicle handling, including vehicle pull out and loading.
Environmental Fee: $10 per unit for handling and care in accordance with environmental regulations.
Premium Vehicle Report: $15 on select vehicles.
In-Branch Payment: Buyers who pay in the Branch with cash, money order, cashiers check or company check will be charged a $20 In-Branch Payment fee.
Money Order Fee: Buyers who pay in the Branch using 6+ money orders will be charged a $20 fee per money order, in addition to the $20 In-Branch Payment Fee. Buyers paying with 5 or fewer money orders will not be charged additional fees.
Storage Fees: Please check with your local branch regarding the total cost of per-day storage fees.
FedEx Fee: The fee to deliver one or more titles via FedEx has changed from $12 to $20 per delivery.
